It comes down to ownership: because your Shopify plan, domain, and apps are subscribed to directly under your own account rather than ours, you retain full control, transparency, and access to everything — pricing, billing history, and admin rights — even if you ever stopped working with us. If we bundled these under our own account, you'd effectively be locked in to us for access to your own store.
